When the external user sends SMS or Fax message to the channel, using the channel number, it appears as a message on that channel
User creates a new message on their phone as normal SMS, use the number of channel as recipient, type in the message and send
Any user on the channel can respond to that message
External User will receive the reply on their corresponding device either as SMS or Fax.
