How can External Users Interact and Respond to OrgChat

OrgChat gives the capabilities to include external users in the conversation and they can respond to the messages on public or private channel as long as they have the channel number. The messages send thru external users on the channel are available for all the users on that chat channel.
Locate the channel number as indicated at the top of the channel bar
This number can be used to send SMS and/or Fax which will be received on this channel as a message.
