At the top left corner of the profile, you would be able to see the User Profile. The section would allow to:

Mark user as
- Online
- Away
- Busy
- Invisible
- Custom Status (Edit Status)
My Account
- Do the complete setup of the profile with preferences, notifications, and security. Further details are available in the section Edit My Account
