At the top left corner of the profile, you would be able to see the User Profile. The section would allow to:

* Mark user as
  * Online
  * Away
  * Busy
  * Invisible
  * Custom Status (Edit Status)
* My Account
  * Do the complete setup of the profile with preferences, notifications, and security. Further details are available in the section Edit My Account
* Logout
